Delivery
 

EA Products strive to despatch orders with 48 hours of receipt, although on some occasions orders may take up to 5 days to be despatched. Please contact us if you have not received a delivery with 7 days of order date.

All orders are despatched via courier. Please note we only despatch to the UK mainland.
 

Delivery charges are £6.95 for orders under £150 excluding VAT. Orders over £100 excluding VAT qualify for free delivery. Please note this is UK mainland only.
 

Returns
 

EA Products must be notified within 5 days of receipt of goods should there be a discrepancy with your order. We recommend checking goods immediately on receipt of delivery.
 

Faulty or damaged goods must be returned within 10 days of purchase and will be credited in full or replaced free of charge.

 

Unwanted goods must be returned within 10 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging at the purchaser's expense.

 

Refunds will be made by the original payment method upon on receipt of the returned goods and may take up to 7 working days to process.

 

We recommend you return goods using recorded delivery as we cannot be responsible for goods which fail to reach us. Claims made outside this period cannot be accepted.
 

Payments

All major credit cards are accepted and payment is taken at the time of placing an online order. Please check first if your items are in stock before placing an order if they are urgently required.

The title for goods supplied remains with us until full payment has been received.
 

All prices quoted are in £ sterling.
 

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

 

Products on this website are normally available to order and ready for despatch. Should a stock item be unavailable at the time of order we will contact you for authorisation to make a partial shipment or offer an alternative product. We will never ship an alternative product without prior authorisation.
